We had room #5 and I would recommend this room over the others as the bathroom is much newer and the sink is nicer and has counter space. This place was cleaned well overall and is located in a central location with spacious rooms — much more spacious than most hotel suites out there. I do have some feedback for improvements. The water in the shower took a long time to get warm. You have to keep it turned on during your shower for it to get hotter which wastes a lot of water. The blanket was also too thin and with the AC going on, it was hard to fall asleep at times as the room was cool. A thicker blanket would look better and be more comfortable. As this is an old place, the wood flooring and walls including in the bathroom which are chipped could use an upgrade. The walls are rather thin and you can hear noises from outside and upstairs at times. The toilet paper holder could also be placed higher as it was placed quite low and was not as convenient to reach for the toilet paper. Also, there is no reception if you need it and no one has replied to my email so far which isn’t very professional. Overall, our stay was pleasant and there was a community cat who we nicknamed “Black Panther” who greeted us at night (never in the morning or afternoon).

I loved staying here! We were in suite 7. The room was nice and clean, the staff were very friendly and it was in walking distance of everything we wanted to do. There are some resident kitty cats on the property which was very nice because I miss my cats when I’m away from home We had a late flight and the staff let us hold our bags in the office which was very kind because we had an absurd amount of luggage from working earlier in the week. Only thing is that my partner and I are both very tall and struggled in the smaller bathroom, but unless you have mobility issues it shouldn’t be a problem. Will definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in the area!

Great value for the price. The hotel is a cute older building with a sweet and quaint courtyard. Our room had everything we needed and they provided extra towels as needed. Walking distance to the beach, greenway and restaurants etc. There are some cute cats that live on the premises as well.

Adriana is such an adorable woman. She is extremely helpful and attentive. Absolutely amazing. The rooms could need a bit of upgrade,y room didn't have a kitchenette even though that's what I expected to get, the bed was not very comfy and the room quite tiny. But luckily for one person good enough. The location is awesome. Would stay with them again, but would ask for a different room next time.

Everything was great about this stay - Great location less than 10 minutes walking from the beach. Lots of good restaurants nearby. street parking all around and covered public parking 2 blocks away. The room was well equipped, clean and comfortable, A/C was cold, shower was hot, all we can expect The reception/living area is great with a beautiful garden area and friendly cats that may come sit on your lap! Best value for the price in this area!

Thank you Adriana, it was a pleasure to stay in the Barcelona Studios. It's a neat place with a lovely owner, close to a lot of shopping places, restaurants, bars and the beach. Also, a lot of cute cats chill in the garden :) I felt very well in this place

Simple, comfortable stay just blocks from the beach. Adriana and the others are the most welcoming and accommodating bunch. I needed to get some work done after checking out, and they let me work in the lobby for a few hours. I’d recommend this stay!
